Stephanie & James’ Snow White meets Americana retro wedding
A float-y princess gown, some retro stylings, a few train-lover photos, and much much adorableness abounds at this Aussie wedding. We also love the carriage ride, the DIY bits an bobs, and of course, the rainbow sprinkle cake! Add in the blended cultural group dance and impromptu “stair-tripping” game, and you’re in for an easy-going and rad time for all (even if they had to smoosh 130 people into a ceremony space meant for 50!).
Heather & John’s secular, no-vow, Alaskan mountaintop wedding
Look, let me just say in advance: we put a lot of puppy shots into this wedding. It couldn’t be resisted. It just happened and now you have to live with it. You’re welcome. But really, the views in this wedding alone make it a must-see. Oh, and the flower girl dresses. And the rainbow cakes. Oh yeah, and the sweet father/daughter dance to Green Day. Oh and yeah, the most adorable puppers ever to crash a ceremony. Don’t take my word for it: go look!
Kyran & Zach’s gothic “day and night”-themed wedding
The theme of this wedding is “day and night,” which is perfectly represented by the colors (white suits and dark purple dresses!) and the cakes, and basically makes our gothic-loving hearts melt. Keep your eyes open for the bride’s amazing hairstyle and color, black veils, special toast to the guests, and some killer dance moves from the groom, too!
A DIY colorful wedding
If you’re not hooting and hollering and holding up a yay flag for this colorful bonanza of a DIY wedding, then we are not doing our jobs. Come for the Red Wedding sangria and bridezilla card box… stay for the naked cake and “clown-vomit garland.” Oh, and get this: there’s a time-to-kiss gong, some quite literal “toasts,” and a MACHETE involved!
