A sweet barn wedding with a string band
Maggie and Theresia made almost all of the decor themselves including all of the tablecloths, bunting, and book centerpieces. Friends made their cake and each of their grandmas made cookies. One of their favorite memories was when their friends, who had formed a band and practiced for weeks for this event, performed “Home” by Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros.

This couple gets their geek on with a wink and a nod. From the chic 8-bit references to the sweet storybook readings, this geeky wedding has lots to ogle, but you’ll double-take when you see what one of the groomsmen wore to the reception. He didn’t put a bird on it, so much as he put it on a bird….
