Rustic loveliness on a budget: a potluck wedding with oodles of style
The bride wore a chic pantsuit, the groom wore locs and paisley, and the DIYed rustic burlap details (including a chic as hell fabric flower bouquet!) are killer. This potluck wedding has so much style on so little budget. Oh, and just wait until you hear how the bride walked herself down the aisle. Spoiler alert: she SANG A SONG while she walked. Oh hell yes. Get ready to swoon at this amazing wedding.
South Carolina Lowcountry meets the colors of India in this two-day wedding
Elizabeth grew up in Charleston and wanted to incorporate the classic, southern style of the Lowcountry. Sriram grew up in India and they both wanted to make sure that his culture was well-represented. So we’re talking the addition of a mandap for the ceremony, a two-day split celebration, and lots of Southern-inspired holiday details.
Prepare yourself for this gloriously foggy mountain top wedding full of craft beer
You may pray the rain away, but don’t let the amazing photos of a foggy wedding slip from your grasp, especially if it’s on a mountain. This chic pair had the romantic setting of their dreams on Big Bald Mountain. Add in the whimsically-named handmade craft beer (hell, the groom’s a cicerone!), the bride’s amazing dress with dusty pink lining, and let’s face it, the fashion in general, and you’ll be swept away by this North Carolina wedding.
This Nightmare Before Christmas wedding is “simply meant to be”
As a Nightmare Before Christmas fan, I have a huge soft spot for Ashley and David’s wedding. Their Nightmare Before Christmas wedding is perfect for the time between Halloween and Christmas. Ashley looked fantastic, from her batty veil to her hand-painted shoes. David, the wedding party, and even the table and chair covers were spooky and elegant in shades of orange and black. Don’t miss the cupcake tower designed to look like the film’s iconic spiral hill.
