Susan & Matt’s handmade and rustic comedy wedding
What’s a sweet little rustic outdoor wedding without a few references to cults and boobs? There may have also been some awesome tributes during the ceremony and fantabulous DIY projects, too. Oh, and this is also what happens when lots of stand-up comedians end up giving a lineup of toasts!
Shyn & D’Angelo’s laid-back recycled wedding
Reusing, recycling, and a little dumpster diving totally made this wedding into a low-maintenance cleanup wonder with awesome DIY projects like a wine cork guest book, self-catered picnic noms, and jam jar lanterns. A custom-made dress and Prohibition Era attire made it super stylish on top of that! Add in the lush green ceremony space, and you’ll be googly-eyed for this couple.
A red and black self-catered wedding with group dances and a bounce house
Michelle and Jose fused black, red, and a playful sense of fun for their wedding at California’s The Secret Garden Lindsay. The pair brought a whole lot of DIY to the day, including Michelle adding a detachable section to her red wedding gown, and even self-catering her reception. The ceremony was presented in both English and Spanish, and the wedding party managed to pile into a bounce house for a handful of unexpected bridal party photos!
A Damn Fine Wedding: Megan & Jason’s Twin Peaks wedding
If you’re a fan of the ’90s television show Twin Peaks, this wedding will totally get you jonesing to marathon it! The couple had ceremony readings from the show, a “Miss Twin Peaks” photo booth backdrop, Double R Diner coffee cups, and a replica of Dale Cooper’s tape recorder. You’ll also flip for the bride’s red crinoline and gorgeous cocktail hat!
