Dorothy Ann and Matthew found me through Offbeat Bride and I am so glad that they did. They had a really fun wedding in Seattle, with a mixture of classic geeky wedding themes: Star Wars, Star Trek, Tolkien, How to Train Your Dragon, and more.
The groom wore a Star Trek pin instead of a boutonniere and the couple gave me a “Hand of the King” pin from Game of Thrones before the wedding (which I proudly wore!).
They included plenty of mythical couples along with their collection of geeky wedding themes, including Cinderella with her glass slipper.
They didn't forget Hiccup and Astrid from How to Train Your Dragon.
I added some dragons to some of their photos, at their request, so they have dragons watching over their ceremony.
They included a hand fasting…
… as well as wedding rings.
Dinner and dancing followed the ceremony… with some additional dragons I added.
