THIS is what happens when you get married at a Fairyland amusement park
Peggy and Bill’s playful wedding took place at Children’s Fairyland in Oakland, California and seriously captured the fairy tale spirit of the venue. The fairy tale theme carried over through all of their details, with nods to Alice in Wonderland, keys to unlock the story though the park, and spell books on the tables with moss and fairy lights. Ornaments, eucalyptus, and doorknobs?! 13 stunning & unusual wedding bouquets
When it comes to floral trends, not a lot changes over time: bouquets are usually lush florals that are timeless and classic for the most part. But there’s no reason you can’t rock something personalized, timeless, and totally YOU at the same time. From dried flowers to ornaments to felted balls to brooches and even doorknobs(!), bouquets can be as diverse as anyone.

Two brides, a mountain view wedding, and cotton candy skies
They shared a love for the mountains of Colorado, so it was only natural that when plans to hold a big wedding bash in Kentucky fell through, they decided to live out another dream of having an intimate wedding with some serious Sound of Music scenery. There was Elk watching, breakfast, hiking, and attempts to stave off the rain with “Isn’t it Ironic” lyrics.
An intimate bucket list wedding planned in two weeks after a cancer diagnosis
My husband died seven months after our wedding. The most important lesson I learned from our wedding is that when it really comes down to it, your marriage is more important than your wedding.
What I want to share with other Offbeat Bride readers is that if you are lucky enough to have found someone that you want to spend the rest of your life with, the rest of details don’t really matter.
