BIPOC

Based on reader feedback that it was “hard to find any weddings of people of color,” we started tagging posts that featured a BIPOC bride and/or groom — and/or means you’ll find tons of interracial couples in here! Increasing visibility for BIPOC folks has been a priority for us since 2008, and note that we always allow folks to self-identify. More about how and why we do this here.

Africa meets the U.S. at Caroline & Kaocen’s interfaith bilingual three-part wedding

Don’t miss the many dress changes, lovely traditions, and massive love in this family.

A mood, dreamy, rainy forest ceremony (complete with ring bearing dog and super shy flower girl), a lovely cabin reception with tons of dancing — this is our kind of nature-loving wedding. Don’t miss the bride’s Legend of Zelda flats, the different twist on a salt ceremony, and an epic bike ride getaway after the ceremony.
