Jennifer & Rick’s romantic candlelit Daft Punk music wedding
When you meet at Coachella and share a passion for music, it’s only right to honor it with a rockin’ after-party featuring all the music from the concerts you’ve seen. Add in some band name table numbers, glow sticks, Ring Pops, and a Daft Punk cake, and these guests were ready to dance. But not before an ultra-romantic candlelit ceremony!
Use custom wine labels to save money on your wedding booze… covertly!
For our wine we bought eight cases of Trader Joe’s Two-Buck Chuck (four cases of chardonnay, two merlot, two cabernet sauvignon), took off the labels, and slapped on our own. So any self-described “wine snobs” at our event wouldn’t get uptight. Since we constantly remove labels and stick new ones on for our home-brewed beer, I have a couple quick tips for anyone pulling the ol’ switcheroo to save major dollars on the bar.
Laura & Henry’s casual kite-flying pinwheel wedding
This casual, outdoor wedding has a ton going for it: pinwheels, kites, aerial silks performance, an elaborate ruse where the couple hides among the guests in disguise, and a hilarious officiant (with video!). We also find out just how far the groom will go to prove his love for his bride… beating up old ladies. Just don’t make him prove it.
Jessicah & Adam’s punk pop culture-filled wedding
This couple met making films and decided it was only right to make it official in the theater where they’ve spent so much time together. In addition to throwing out tons of references to their favorite shows and movies, these kids actually made two short films to start off the ceremony! If that wasn’t enough, you’ll get to see the groom’s rad giant green mohawk.
