Nick and Alexandra are high school sweethearts who came together again and found love. They’re both into Gothic styles, architecture, and old cemeteries, so their gothic Halloween wedding totally capitalized that aesthetic. The Russell House in Springfield, TN offered a historic backdrop that fit the theme perfectly. Just wait until you see Alexandra’s black and white Victorian-inspired corset gown! Oh, and it matches their gorgeous cake and Gothic-inspired decor, too.
Ships ahoy at a Caribbean pirate wedding on Halloween
Erin and Stephen had a Caribbean pirate wedding on Limetree Beach that we can’t get enough of. What’s a pirate wedding without some multicolored mermaid hair anyway, right? Plus, it was on Halloween and we’re rolling around like happy dogs knee-deep in spooky-themed weddings right now. Their guest dressed as pirates and the officiant even used pirate-speak. Are you ready for this pirate Halloween wedding? Everyone say “YAAAARRR!”
Labyrinth wedding inspiration: this IS the babe with the power
This month is the 30th (holy shit!) anniversary of one of my all-time favorite movies, Labyrinth. Is anyone seeing the movie in theaters? If not, I’ll do you one better. Our friends over at Firefly Path, along with some other amazing vendors, created a most fabulous Labyrinth-themed fashion shoot with their own killer designs.
