The moment I saw this photo pop up on our Flickr pool I was like WHOAMYGOD, I must know the story behind this! So I got in touch with photographer Michele Bekcwith, and she gave me the scoop. Can I just say, Las Vegas '80s wedding reception FTW!?
Lance and Cindy had a lovely little church ceremony and then took it to the desert for an awesome wedding party photo shoot. And then it was time to PARTAY …
…in pure 1980s radness.
Their first dance was to Chicago's You're My Inspiration, played by their awesome band The Downstrokes, who then went on to play the best hair metal ballads and new wave classics of the decade.
Even their guests got SUPER into the '80s fashions. And Cindy made her own reception outfit based off Madonna's Like a Virgin Album.

OMG YES!! I love the pic of them walking out together, her giving a high five and looking like she just stepped out of the November Rain video, him throwing up the horns and looking like Slash. I wish I could have gone to this, I know it had to have been ultra fun 🙂
