A bright & lovely Islamic wedding in Mombasa, Kenya
Fatma and Ibrahim were on party number four in their wedding schedule. There had been two smaller celebrations, and then a much larger one in Washington, DC, where the couple currently resides. Ibrahim is originally from Sierra Leone, but most of his family has relocated to the DC area. This final reception was held in Mombasa, Kenya. This was a huge celebration with a blend of tradition and offbeat choices…
This outdoor carousel wedding had rainbow decor and a doggy bridesmaid
Amanda and Matt had a gorgeous and colorful wedding at Lanwades Hall in Kentford, Newmarket, UK with Simpsons references, an outdoor ceremony, and a CAROUSEL. No joke! Their Humanist ceremony included sing-along songs and a pupper bridesmaids, too. It was a party to remember.
Don’t miss the rainbow decor and photo booth, picnic fête style, and Fozzie Bear cameo…
An eclectic country family folk festival wedding in Washington
Collin and I live in a very funky, folk community. We actually met in a ukulele class at a folk music festival, so when it came to our wedding aesthetic, it was going to be just as unique and beautiful as our lives are. During our two-year engagement, our friends and family offered up their many skills and talents which came together to create a very distinctive wedding.
A majestic Irish castle wedding with death metal & sword-bearing protectors
We both love castles and Irish history, and Craig wanted to have a death metal band play, so we found somewhere where that was possible, and arranged everything around that. We didn’t have a specific theme, but the castle definitely inspired some elements of our wedding. We decided to include our two swords in the day as there is a Viking tradition to exchange swords at your wedding as a promise to protect each other.
