An intimate queer lady seaside meets enchanted library wedding

An intimate queer lady seaside meets enchanted library wedding

Basically, we set out to A) make our vows to one another legally official, and B) have a really, really fun party for all of our favorite people. Along the way, we came up with an "enchanted library" theme for the reception, to reflect our love of writing and reading.

Poconos nature-filled camp wedding

A nature-loving Poconos camp wedding with a fire ceremony(!)

Katie and Stephen work together on a farm in New Jersey. Stephen is a livestock farmer, and Katie is the Director of Education and Agritourism at the farm. So their wedding had TONS of details perfect for the wedding of two nature-lovers.

Don’t miss the log slice guest book, planter favors (from thrift stores!), solar water garden decor, and adorable heart welcome signs at this Poconos camp wedding…

A Renaissance fantasy Christmas wedding (aka "A Lord of the Rings Christmas Special!")

A Renaissance fantasy Christmas wedding (aka “A Lord of the Rings Christmas Special!”)

When people asked about our wedding, we joked that the theme was, "Lord of the Rings Christmas Special." Shane is a huge Tolkein nerd, and we both love Renaissance faires and fantasy. Our wedding was in December, his favorite color is red, and mine is green, so throwing Christmas in just made sense. It came together beautifully.

Have tea at this vintage-inspired wedding with the “dress-cued” vintage dress of our dreams

When a vintage fashion blogger, Frances, married her sweet husband, Doug, we couldn’t stop ogling their fashion, tender looks, and amazing venue. They’re both choir singers and had a Catholic ceremony followed by a relaxed brunch reception at the historic Community House of Hamilton, MA, which included tea and games.

Prepare yourself to witness the $50 vintage dress Frances was able to “dress-cue” into this current amazingness. Those sleeves, that collar, her hairstyle! And Doug’s tie matches it all perfectly. We have so much love for this vintage-inspired wedding in Massachusetts.
