An intimate and majestic Middle-earth elopement in New Zealand (with a rainbow!)

I wanted a small elopement on top of a mountain in New Zealand where they filmed The Lord of the Rings. I wanted to feel like I was journeying across Middle-earth with the one I love. A macrame wedding backdrop is the BEST way to reuse wedding decor
Macrame wall hangings are the hottest shit in home decor right now and you can harness their boho-meets-’70s vibe for your wedding, too. After the ceremony, hang it up behind your sweetheart table. Then wrap it up and hang it on your wall at home. No wasted money AND a new killer wall hanging!

An Andy Warhol-inspired wedding had an artist’s eye and it totally shows
Gina and DJ had an art-inspired wedding with one of the most interesting cakes with an amazing story. There were Andy Warhol details everywhere (including the cake, as you’ll see!) including Warhol postcards tucked underneath the napkins, Campbell’s soup cans as vases in the centerpieces, and cookies based on some vintage Warhol wrapping paper.
Are you ready to see this artsy Warhol-inspired wedding at The Cleaners in Portland, OR come to life?
Whip up your own “relationship ingredients” wedding ceremony idea
