1. Say Hello: Couples typically inquire 8-12 months in advance, though I always welcome last-minute availability checks!

2. Locking it In: To officially secure your date on my calendar, I require a signed contract and a 25% deposit.

3. Music & Details: During the booking phase, I’ll provide you with a list of approved music licensing sites so we can find the perfect soundtrack for your highlight reel.

4. The Questionnaire: Six weeks before your big day, I will send over a pre-wedding questionnaire and shot list. This ensures we capture your unique preferences and personalize the video to your exact vision.

5. Final Steps: The final balance is due right before the wedding. After that, all you have to do is enjoy your day while I capture the magic! (And with my quick turnaround, you’ll likely be watching your highlight reel within 2 to 4 weeks!)

Couples typically book my videography services anywhere from 8 to 12 months in advance, particularly for peak-season Saturday weddings.
