For The Love Birds Photography

Hey! I’m Emily, a wedding and elopement photographer based in Memphis, Tennessee. Since 2018, I have been photographing weddings all over the south and the midwest, and hope to keep traveling to work with non-traditional couples.

My philosophy about wedding photography comes from a background working on film and video sets, where collaboration and teamwork were extremely important, and as a photographer, blending in and catching candid moments was key. I bring that same documentarian approach to working weddings, where I prefer to capture natural moments rather than turn the entire day into a photoshoot.

When I am posing or directing formal portraits (or engagement sessions) I love romantic, editorial compositions and poses that help showcase all the details that went into the day, as well as those raw emotions that you’ll want to look back on.
