Gabby and Philip planned a seriously unexpected Halloween wedding: a woodland Halloween wedding complete with nature-inspired masquerade decor. It’s Halloween, but totally natural, floral, and organic. The bride was a woodland faerie and the groom a tree king. Swoon.
You’re absolutely going to want to see the log cake, the pumpkin and gourd decor, and the jester who entertained the guests during the reception. There were some incredible masks, ranging from butterflies to tree bark. Seriously, let’s get to the photos because you’ll be in flora and fauna heaven.

This is such a beautiful wedding! I especially like the bride’s dress.
But… I don’t think I saw the groom’s face once… was the masquerade a secret ploy to avoid showing his face because he’s shy or super private? 😉
He apparently opted out of having any of the shots with his face visible published on the internet for all to see, out of a personal desire for privacy.
Which is fair. ^_^

Ooh, I love those shoes! Anyone know where they can be found?
The shoes are “Audrey Brook Kellie Sandals” in the color “Gold” and they can be found at DSW. However the florals on the back of the sandal were glued on using a strong adhesive. The florals used were faux gold flowers and skeleton leaves.
